CSD Course Policies

The CSD does not provide refunds for any reason. If a course is canceled by the CSD, a CSD course credit will be awarded to each participant. If a course is postponed, the option of attending the course live at the postponed date or to review the recording once live will be provided to the participant.

Refunds and Cancellations

We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, we have the right to contact law enforcement to report the above actions and to provide your information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.

You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use the provided payment method(s) in connection with your purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

All payments shall be processed immediately through a third-party service. We are not responsible for the retention or safety of your billing information that is collected by the third-party service.

Purchases
To make a purchase, you will be asked to supply your credit card number, expiration date, CCV, and billing address.

Program Fees
Program fees are as listed in the advertising and marketing of the course. Purchase of a course is not complete until the fee has been paid in full. 

Policy concerning program fees, refunds, and cancellation:

If at any point a course participant has a complaint about either course content or the presenter, the participant should email faculty@the-csd.com. Review of the participant complaint will be reviewed and responded to within 72 hours. There is no standard resolution to complaints. Each will be reviewed individually and handled on a case by case basis by the Continuing Education Program Administrator.
