Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Website (www.clinicalsupervisiondirectory.com) (the “Website”) operated by this Website, as these Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding limitations of our liability. Your access to and use of the Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including, but not limited to: visitors, users and others, who wish to access or use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

Terms of Usage

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and a licensed mental health provider in good standing with your state licensure board. You confirm the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. You can terminate your account by doing the following: by emailing us and by visiting the website.

Supervisors who subscribe to the Website will have the full ability to update their profiles at any time. Supervisors have full autonomy to their own site/profile and are responsible for keeping personal information up-to-date. The Website does not update profiles on behalf of subscribers. If guidance is needed on how to update account information, please contact support@the-csd.com. 

Verification of Licensure

The CSD holds the right to verify the license of each supervisor listed in the directory at will. While this is not required, we believe that it is best practice to help ensure that all listed supervisors are, in fact, supervisors in good standing with their state board.  Although checked regularly, we understand that situations may arise between checks. The CSD may not be held liable for changes in supervision or licensure status of any listed supervisor. 

The information within the directory will aid you in making an informed decision about a supervisor. However, should you have additional questions, you may contact your state board. Links to each state board can be found here. In addition, the CSD recommends that if you have any questions regarding the information posted on a supervisor’s profile you discuss that information with the supervisor.

The CSD acknowledges that the profiles and beliefs of the listed supervisors in no way represents or implies endorsement by the CSD of any particular method used by the supervisor; nor does this Agreement constitute a guarantee by the CSD of the success of the relationship between supervisor and supervision seeker in providing an environment to connect the two parties.

Confidential information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Website or a third-party service. You must notify the Website immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Purchases

To make a purchase, you will be asked to supply your credit card number, expiration date, CCV, and billing address.

All payments shall be processed immediately through a third-party service. We are not responsible for the retention or safety of your billing information that is collected by the third-party service. Annual subscribers will receive a reminder notification prior to their annual renewal date. Monthly subscribers are processed automatically each month without notice. 

You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use the provided payment method(s) in connection with your purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.

We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, we have the right to contact law enforcement to report the above actions and to provide your information.

Subscriptions

The Website features products or services that are offered via a subscription model. A subscription model requires regular payments to receive a product or service. Notifications of renewal are sent out in advance from our third-party platform to notify you of your annual renewal. Monthly subscribers are not notified at this time. 

Refunds

The Website does not provide refunds for any reason. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so 48 hours prior to your renewal date. 

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We assume no liability for availability, errors, or inaccuracies in the information provided on the Website. We may experience delays in updating information and in our advertising on other websites. The information, products, and services found on the Website may contain errors or inaccuracies or may not be complete or current. Services may be incorrectly priced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Website, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information. We expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website or in advertising on other websites.

We make a continued effort to feature supervisors in our weekly newsletter and on our social media channels. We rotate and feature supervisors each week with advance notice. If any information is incorrectly listed, please contact support@the-csd.com and we will make every effort to issue corrections and update copy as needed.
